Effect of "Heterozygous for Treatment" Acupuncture Therapy on Knee Joint Pain and Joint Mobility in Patients with Knee Joint Degenerative Arthritis

目的探究"杂合以治"针刺疗法对膝关节退行性关节炎疼痛程度及关节活动度的影响。方法选取2019年11月至2020年10月于我院诊治的膝关节退行性关节炎患者96例,随机划分为两组,研究组与对照组,各48例。对照组采用普通针刺疗法,研究组采用"杂合以治"针刺疗法。比对两组治疗效果、疼痛评分及关节活动度。结果研究组治疗有效率95.83%高于对照组81.28%(P<0.05);治疗后研究组疼痛评分低于对照组,而关节活动度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医临床治疗膝关节退行性关节炎采用"杂合以治"的辨证针刺疗法,可显著缓解疼痛,改善膝关节活动度,疗效显著,值得推广及深入研究。

Objective To explore the effect of"heterozygous for treatment"acupuncture therapy on the degree of pain and motion of knee joint in patients with degenerative arthritis.Methods From November 2019 to October 2020,96 patients with knee joint degenerative arthritis were randomly divided into two groups,study group and control group,each with 48 cases.The control group was treated with general acupuncture,and the study group was treated with"heterozygous for treatment"acupuncture.The therapeutic effect,pain score and range of motion were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the study group was 95.83%higher than that of the control group(81.28%,p<0.05),the pain score was lower and the range of motion of the study group was higher than that of the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment of Chinese medicine knee degenerative arthritis using"heterozygous for treatment"of acupuncture treatment can significantly alleviate pain,improve knee mobility,with significant effect,worthy of promotion and in-depth study.
