涌泉穴拍打联合中药热庵包外敷应用于胫腓骨骨折术后患者的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Yongquan Point Beating Combined with the External Application of Hot Temple in the Treatment of Tibiofibular Fracture

目的探讨用涌泉穴拍打联合中药热庵包外敷应用于胫腓骨骨折术后患者的效果。方法选取佛山市中医院在2019年2月至2020年12月收治的80例行切开复位内固定术的胫腓骨骨折患者作为本次的研究对象,按照简单随机数字表法将其均分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40),7d为1个疗程,两组患者均连续治疗3个疗程。对照组患者采用常规护理进行干预,观察组患者则采用涌泉穴拍打联合中药热庵包外敷进行干预。评估两组患者治疗后的干预效果、治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)、肢肿胀值及治疗后的满意度。结果观察组患者的总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组患者的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者的VAS评分、肢肿胀值均降低,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的满意度为95.00%,高于对照组患者的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论涌泉穴拍打联合中药热庵包外敷应用于胫腓骨骨折术后患者可提高其临床疗效,增加患者的临床满意度,降低患者的疼痛,缓解患者的病情。

Objective To investigate the effect of Yongquan point beating combined with the external application of hot temple in the treatment of tibiofibular fracture.Methods 80 patients with tibiofibular fracture treated by open reduction and internal fixation in Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study.The patients were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)according to simple random digital table method.7 days were one course,and the patients in both groups were treated for 3 courses continuously.The control group patients were treated with routine nursing,while the observation group patients were treated with Yongquan point beating and external application of hot temple.The intervention effect,visual analog scale(VAS),limb swelling value and satisfaction after treatment were evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than that of the control group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the pre-treatment,VAS score and limb swelling value of the two groups were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00%,higher than that of the control group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Yongquan point beat combined with the external application of hot temple can improve the clinical effect,increase the clinical satisfaction,reduce the pain and alleviate the patients’condition.
