慢阻肺患者接受中西医结合护理对心理状态及生活质量的改善效果

Effects of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing on Mental State and Quality of Life of Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的分析慢阻肺患者接受中西医结合护理对心理状态及生活质量的改善效果。方法随机选取广东省兴宁市人民医院2018年11月至2019年11月内收治的50例慢阻肺患者为本次研究对象,所有研究对象随机分为常规组(25例,常规西医护理)和实验组(25例,中西医结合护理),统计对比两组患者护理干预前后的心理状态、生活质量、肺功能及护理满意度。结果两组患者护理干预前的心理状态、生活质量评分及肺功能指标均对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但经护理干预后的实验组患者其心理状态、生活质量评分及肺功能指标均优于常规组,且实验组患者护理满意度为96%,显著高于常规组76%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢阻肺患者接受中西医结合护理可有效改善患者的心理状态,提高患者生活质量,促进患在肺功能恢复,值得临床应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of psychological state and quality of life improvement of patients with COPD receiving integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing.Methods 50 cases of patients with COPD in Xingning People’s Hospital were randomly selected from November 2018 to November 2019 as the study object,and all subjects were randomly divided into normal group(25 cases,conventional western medicine nursing)and experimental group(25 cases,combine traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing),to statistically compare the psychological state,life quality,pulmonary function and nursing satisfaction of the two groups before and after the nursing intervention.Results There was no significant difference in the psychological state,quality of life score and pulmonary function index between the two groups before nursing intervention(P>0.05),but the psychological state,quality of life score and pulmonary function index of the experimental group after nursing intervention were better than those of the normal group,the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 96%,which was significantly higher than 76%of the normal group,and he difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with COPD receiving integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing can effectively improve the patients’psychological state,improve the quality of life of patients,promote the recovery of lung function,and it is worthy of clinical application.
