氨氯地平贝那普利片治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效及不良反应探究

Clinical Efficacy and Adverse Reactions of Amlodipine and Benazepril Tablets in the Treatment of Essential Hypertension

目的探讨原发性高血压患者采用氨氯地平贝那普利片治疗的临床疗效及不良反应。方法选取2019年6月至2020年5月东莞市东城医院收治的原发性高血压患者60例,按照随机数字表法分成观察组与对照组,每组30例,对照组给予盐酸贝那普利片治疗,观察组给予氨氯地平贝那普利片治疗,对两组临床疗效、坐位血压变化情况、临床症状评分、不良反应发生率及血管弹性进行比较。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组坐位收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、临床症状评分均有明显降低(P<0.05),观察组治疗后与对照组相比明显更低(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对比两组治疗前后的血管弹性,治疗后观察组血管弹性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将氨氯地平贝那普利片应用于原发性高血压患者的治疗中可明显提高临床疗效,有效降低坐位血压,同时可增强血管弹性。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of amlodipine and benazepril tablets in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods A total of 60 patients with essential hypertension in Dongcheng Hospital from June 2019 to May 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with benazepril hydrochloride tablets,and the observation group was treated with amlodipine benazepril tablets.The clinical efficacy,sitting blood pressure changes,clinical symptom scores and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,SBP,DBP and clinical symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05);comparing the vascular elasticity of the two groups before and after treatment,the vascular elasticity of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of amlodipine and benazepril tablets in the treatment of patients with essential hypertension can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and effectively reduce the sitting blood pressure,and it can enhance the elasticity of blood vessels.
