罗格列酮钠联合阿司匹林治疗糖尿病伴代谢综合征的效果及对糖耐量、炎症因子水平的影响

Effect of Rosiglitazone Sodium Combined with Aspirin in the Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus with Metabolic Syndrome and its Influence on Glucose Tolerance and Inflammatory Factors

目的探讨罗格列酮钠联合阿司匹林治疗糖尿病伴代谢综合征的效果及对糖耐量、炎症因子水平的影响。方法选择2018年1月至2020年3月肇庆市第二人民医院60例糖尿病伴代谢综合征患者,使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组30例。分别采用二甲双胍治疗,罗格列酮钠联合阿司匹林治疗。治疗一个月后对比两组的肥胖改善情况、糖耐量指标、炎症因子水平、不良反应情况。结果治疗后研究组的体质量指数(BMI)和腰臀比均小于对照组(P<0.05),研究组的空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数均低于对照组,胰岛素敏感指数高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组的超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论罗格列酮钠联合阿司匹林治疗糖尿病伴代谢综合征的效果显著,减轻患者的体质量,改善糖耐量及炎症因子水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of Rosiglitazone sodium combined with aspirin in the treatment of diabetes mellitus with metabolic syndrome and its influence on glucose tolerance and inflammatory factors.Methods Sixty patients with diabetes and metabolic syndrome in the Second People’s Hospital of Zhaoqing from January 2018 to March 2020 were selected,and they were divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.They were treated with metformin,rosiglitazone sodium combined with aspirin.After one month of treatment,the two groups’obesity improvement,glucose tolerance index,inflammatory factor levels,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the body mass index(BMI)and waist-to-hip ratio of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the fasting insulin and insulin resistance indexes of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the insulin sensitivity index was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin 6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Rosiglitazone sodium Combined with aspirin in the treatment of diabetes mellitus with metabolic syndrome is significant,which can reduce the body weight,improve the glucose tolerance and the level of inflammatory factors.
