糖皮质激素治疗重度溃疡性结肠炎患者产生不良反应的多因素分析

Multivariate Analysis of Adverse Reactions in Patients with Severe Ulcerative Colitis Treated with Glucocorticoid

目的探究糖皮质激素治疗重度溃疡性结肠炎患者治疗效果影响因素。方法以125例重度溃疡性结肠炎患者为对象,研究时间为2019年3月至2020年10月,均实施糖皮质激素治疗,详细统计所有患者的一般资料,包括年龄、性别、病程、病变范围、病理分级、疾病分型、治疗时间等,分析治疗效果的影响因素。结果125例患者经过治疗,显效20例(16.00%),有效65例(52.00%),无效40例(32.00%),有效率为68.00%。不同年龄、病程、病变范围、病理分级、疾病分型患者的治疗有效率存在差异,P<0.05,统计学意义存在。使用Logistics回归分析,糖皮质激素治疗重度溃疡性结肠炎疗效的影响因素包括年龄、病程、病变范围、病理分级,P<0.05。结论糖皮质激素治疗重度溃疡性结肠炎治疗具有显著治疗效果,且治疗效果影响因素包括年龄、病程、病变范围、病理分级。

Objective To explore the factors affecting the efficacy of glucocorticoid in the treatment of severe ulcerative colitis.Methods 125 patients with severe ulcerative colitis were treated with glucocorticoid from March 2019 to October 2020.The general data of all patients were counted in detail,including age,sex,course of disease,range of lesions,pathological grade,disease classification,treatment time,etc.,to analyze the factors affecting the effect of treatment.Results Among the 125 patients,20 cases(16.00%)were markedly effective,65 cases(52.00%)were effective,40 cases(32.00%)were ineffective,and 85 cases(68.00%)were effective.There were significant differences in the effective rate of treatment among patients with different age,course of disease,lesion range,pathological grade and disease classification(P<0.05).Using logistics regression analysis,the factors affecting the efficacy of glucocorticoid in the treatment of severe ulcerative colitis included age,course of disease,lesion range and pathological grade.Conclusion Glucocorticoid has a significant therapeutic effect on severe ulcerative colitis,and the influencing factors include age,course of disease,lesion range and pathological grade.
