中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris

目的分析在冠心病心绞痛的临床治疗中,通过中西医结合治疗的应用效果。方法选取两年内我院收治的患者168例进行讨论,其中对照组采用常规西医治疗方案,观察组患者实施中西医结合治疗方案。观察两组的治疗效果。结果①两组患者对比症状治疗效果:观察组有效率明显高于对照组症状治疗有效率,比较两组患者具有统计学差异显著(P<0.05)。②两组患者对比心绞痛情况:观察组患者心绞痛持续时间明显比对照组要短,次数比对照组少,两组患者对比有统计学差异显著(P<0.05)。③两组患者心电图效果对比:观察组明显优于对照组的心电图疗效。结论在治疗冠心病心绞痛过程中实施中西医结合治疗方法能有效缓解患者临床表现,大大提高了治愈率,值得广泛应用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the clinical treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods One hundred and sixty-eight cases of patients in our hospital in two years were selected for discussion,the control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed.Results①The symptom treatment effect of the two groups was compared:The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).②Comparison of angina pectoris between the two groups:The duration of angina pectoris in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the number of times was less than that in the control group,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).③Comparison of ECG effect between the two groups:The observation group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion In the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris,the implementation of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment can effectively alleviate the clinical manifestations of patients,greatly improve the cure rate,it is worthy of wide application.
