助产士陪伴分娩与家属陪伴分娩的效果

Effect of Midwife Accompanied Delivery and Family Accompanied Delivery

目的分析在产妇分娩中家属陪伴与助产士陪伴的价值。方法对2019年2月至2020年4月的60例产妇做分组(随机数表法)研究,均分成甲组(30例产妇,助产士陪伴分娩)同乙组(30例产妇,家属陪伴分娩),比较新生儿评分、产后2h出血量、分娩舒适度、产程、分娩前焦虑状态、分娩方式。结果乙组新生儿评分低于甲组(P<0.05)。乙组产后2h出血量高于甲组(P<0.05)。乙组分娩前焦虑评分高于甲组(P<0.05)。乙组分娩舒适度低于甲组(P<0.05)。乙组第一产程、第二产程、第三产程、总产程长于甲组(P<0.05)。乙组自然分娩率低于甲组(P<0.05)。结论同家属陪伴分娩相比较,助产士陪伴分娩可明显缩短产程、提高分娩舒适度、提高自然分娩率、缓解分娩前焦虑、提高新生儿评分、减少产后2h出血量。

Objective To analyze the value of accompanying family members and midwives in childbirth.Methods From February 2019 to April 2020,60 cases of maternal group(stochastic indicator method)study,are divided into first division(30 cases,maternal midwife accompanied delivery)with group b(30 cases of mothers,family members accompany childbirth),compare the scores of newborn babies,postpartum blood loss,childbirth,comfort,lasting two hours,anxious state before delivery,delivery mode.Results The neonatal score of group B was lower than that of group A(P<0.05).The blood loss at 2hours postpartum in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05).The score of anxiety before delivery in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05).The delivery comfort of group B was lower than that of group A(P<0.05).The first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,the third stage of labor and the total stage of labor in group B were longer than those in group A(P<0.05).The natural childbirth rate of group B was lower than that of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the delivery accompanied by family members,the delivery accompanied by midwives can significantly shorten the labor process,improve the comfort of delivery,improve the rate of natural delivery,relieve the anxiety before delivery,improve neonatal score,and reduce the amount of postpartum blood loss in two hours.
