腹腔镜手术治疗良性卵巢囊肿的疗效分析

Analysis of the Curative Effect of Laparoscopic Surgery in the Treatment of Benign Ovarian Cysts

目的分析良性卵巢囊肿患者在临床治疗过程中实施腹腔镜手术治疗价值。方法研究共抽取280例良性卵巢囊肿病例,来源时间为2015年1月至2021年1月,获得患者完整资料后进行分析。分组方式结合实际开展手术方式分为对照组(n=140,常规开腹术)与观察组(n=140,腹腔镜术),分析对比两组患者经不同手术方式治疗前后卵巢功能、生活质量以及治疗后各项临床指标变化情况。结果①对比两组患者经不同手术方式治疗前后卵巢功能变化情况:治疗后与对照组比较,观察组FSH、LH以及E_(2)水平更低,两组患者对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。②分析两组患者经不同手术方式治疗前后生活质量改善情况:治疗后观察组各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,两组患者对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。③对比两组患者经不同手术方式治疗后各项临床指标变化情况:治疗后与对照组比较,观察组住院时间、手术时间、肠道功能恢复时间、术中出血量偏低,两组患者对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论良性卵巢囊肿患者在临床治疗过程中实施腹腔镜手术治疗是可行的,能够缩短患者住院时间、手术时间、肠道功能恢复时间,减少术中出血量。同时,还能提升患者日常生活质量,改善患者卵巢功能。

Objective To analyze the value of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of benign ovarian cysts.Methods Two hundred and eighty cases of benign ovarian cysts were selected from January 2015 to January 2021,and the complete data of the patients were analyzed.The patients were divided into the control group(n=140,conventional laparotomy)and the observation group(n=140,laparoscopic surgery).The ovarian function,quality of life and clinical indicators before and after treatment were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results①The ovarian function changes of the two groups were compared before and after treatment with different surgical methods:After treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of FSH,LH and E_(2)in the observation group were lower,with statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).②The improvement of quality of life in the two groups before and after treatment by different surgical methods was analyzed:After treatment,the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).③The clinical indexes of the two groups were compared after different surgical treatment:Compared with the control group,the hospitalization time,operation time,intestinal function recovery time and intraoperative blood loss of the observation group were lower,and there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is feasible in the treatment of benign ovarian cyst,which can shorten the hospitalization time,operation time,intestinal function recovery time,and reduce intraoperative blood loss.At the same time,it can improve the quality of daily life and ovarian function of patients.
