坪山地区表观健康人群脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2血清水平的调查研究

Investigation on Level of Serum Lipoprotein-associated Phospholipase A2 in Apparently Healthy Population in Pingshan

目的调查坪山地区表观健康人群脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)的血清水平与分布。方法选取坪山地区2020年10~12月于当地体检中心进行体检的健康成人为研究对象,收集所有体检者性别、年龄及部分生化指标,生化指标包括血糖(Glu)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆红素(TB)、直接胆红素(DBil)、尿素氮(BUN)、尿酸(UA)、肌酐(Cr),并进行分析调查。结果男性组和女性组年龄比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);男性组Lp-PLA2平均水平显著高于女性组(P<0.05);表观健康体检者血清Lp-PLA2水平随年龄的增加而逐渐升高(P<0.05);男性表观健康体检者41~60岁组Lp-PLA2血清水平明显高于其他年龄段(P<0.05);女性表观健康体检者Lp-PLA2血清水平随年龄的增长而升高,且>60岁组Lp-PLA2血清水平明显高于其他年龄段(P<0.05);将1000表观健康体检者按Lp-PLA2血清水平(120ng/mL)分为升高组(n=145)和常规组(n=855);升高组男性占比、年龄、Glu、UA、Cr水平均明显高于常规组(P<0.05),HDL-C、TB、DBil水平均明显低于常规组(P<0.05),两组TC、LDL-C、BUN水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论坪山地区表观健康人群血清Lp-PLA2水平与性别、年龄有关,与Glu、UA、Cr、HDL-C、TB、DBil等生化指标关系密切。

Objective To investigate the level and distribution of serum lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)in apparently healthy population in Pingshan.Methods The healthy adults undergoing physical examination at the local physical examination center in Pingshan from October to December 2020 were enrolled as the research objects.The data such as gender,age and some biochemical indexes[blood glucose(Glu),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),total bilirubin(TB),direct bilirubin(DBil),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),uric acid(UA),creatinine(Cr)]were collected for investigation and analysis.Results There was no significant difference in age between male group and female group(P>0.05).The average level of Lp-PLA2 in male group was significantly higher than that in female group(P<0.05).The level of serum Lp-PLA2 was gradually increased with age in apparently healthy objects(P<0.05).The level of serum Lp-PLA2 in apparently healthy males aged 41-60 years old was significantly higher than that in the other age groups(P<0.05).The level of serum Lp-PLA2 was gradually increased with age in apparently healthy females(P<0.05),and level of serum Lp-PLA2 aged over 60 years old was significantly higher than that in the other age groups(P<0.05).The 1,000 apparently healthy objects were divided into increase group(n=145)and routine group(n=855)according to Lp-PLA2 level(120ng/mL).The proportion of males,age,Glu,UA and Cr levels in increase group were significantly higher than those in routine group(P<0.05),while levels of HDL-C,TB and DBil were significantly lower than those in routine group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in levels of TC,LDL-C and BUN between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The level of serum Lp-PLA2 is related to gender and age of apparently healthy population in Pingshan,and closely related to biochemical indexes such as Glu,UA,Cr,HDL-C,TB and DBil.
