血糖检验和尿糖检验在糖尿病患者中的临床价值分析

Analysis of Clinical Value of Blood Glucose Test and Urine Glucose Test in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的探究分析在糖尿病患者的诊断过程中采取血糖检验和尿糖检验的临床价值。方法选取我院于2020年1~12月收治的72例糖尿病患者纳入本组研究,收集整理所有患者的基本临床资料,对其先后进行血糖检验和尿糖检验,对比两种不同检验方式的诊断准确率,以此来判定其临床诊断价值。结果①经血糖检验结果显示,72例患者均检测判定为糖尿病患者,诊断准确率为100.00%(72/72),漏诊率为0。经尿糖检验结果显示,在72例患者中,发现有7例患者检查结果呈阴性,其诊断准确率为90.28%(65/72),漏诊率为9.72%(7/72),统计学软件分析对比显示P<0.05;②根据尿糖检测结果呈现的7例阴性患者中,发现有4例患者空腹血糖明显升高,而在65例阳性检测患者中,其尿糖升高的同时,血糖指标也明显随之增高,这证明两种检验方式的检查结果呈正相关关系。结论在糖尿病患者的诊断过程中采取血糖检验和尿糖检验均可获得相应的检验结果,但血糖检验的诊断准确率更高,作为糖尿病的诊断方式,其临床诊断价值明显更高,更有助于为后期治疗方案的制定提供科学可靠的诊断依据。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical value of blood glucose test and urine glucose test in the diagnosis of diabetes.Methods Seventy-two cases of diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from January to December 2020 were included in this study.The basic clinical data of all patients were collected and sorted out.The blood glucose test and urine glucose test were carried out successively,and the diagnostic accuracy of two different test methods were compared,so as to determine its clinical diagnostic value.Results①The blood glucose test results showed that 72 patients were diagnosed as diabetic patients,the diagnostic accuracy rate was 100.00%(72/72),and the missed diagnosis rate was 0.The results of urine sugar test showed that among 72 patients,7 patients were found to be negative,the diagnostic accuracy rate was 90.28%(65/72),the missed diagnosis rate was 9.72%(7/72),and the statistical software analysis and comparison showed that P<0.05.②According to the urine sugar test results of 7 cases of negative patients,found that 4 cases of patients with fasting blood glucose increased significantly,while in 65 cases of positive patients,the urine sugar increased,blood glucose index also increased significantly,which proves that the two test methods of examination results are positively correlated.Conclusion Blood glucose test and urine glucose test can obtain the corresponding test results in the diagnosis of diabetes,but the diagnostic accuracy of blood glucose test is higher.As a diagnostic method of diabetes,its clinical diagnostic value is significantly higher,which is more helpful to provide scientific and reliable diagnostic basis for the later treatment plan.
