点穴分筋推拿手法联合针灸治疗膝关节炎的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Knee Arthritis by Acupoint and Tendon Massage Combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion

目的探讨点穴分筋推拿手法联合针灸治疗膝关节炎的临床效果。方法将2019年8月至2020年8月在我院接受治疗的280例膝关节炎患者随机分为对照组(n=140)和观察组(n=140),分别采用针灸治疗和点穴分筋推拿手法+针灸治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果①比较两组治疗总有效率:观察组治疗总有效率91.43%较对照组80.00%高,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。②比较两组治疗前后膝关节功能评分:治疗前,观察组的膝关节功能评分无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的膝关节功能评分均高于对照组,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。③比较两组临床症状缓解时间:观察组的临床症状缓解时间明显短于对照组,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。结论对膝关节炎实施点穴分筋推拿手法联合针灸治疗效果显著,可改善患者的膝关节功能,缩短患者的临床症状缓解时间,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint and tendon massage combined with acupuncture in the treatment of knee arthritis.Methods Two hundred and eighty patients with knee arthritis who were treated in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were randomly divided into the control group(n=140)and the observation group(n=140).They were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,Acupoint pressing and tendon dividing manipulation+Acupuncture and moxibustion.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results①The total effective rate of the two groups was compared:The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.43%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).②The knee joint function scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared:Before treatment,the knee joint function scores of the observation group had no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the knee joint function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).③The clinical symptom relief time of the two groups was compared:The clinical symptom relief time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of acupoint and tendon massage combined with acupuncture in the treatment of knee arthritis is significant,which can improve the knee joint function and shorten the clinical symptom relief time of patients,and is worthy of popularization and application.
