自拟中药熏洗方联合耳穴压贴治疗膝痹病患者护理观察

Nursing Observation on the Treatment of Knee Arthralgia with Self-made Fumigation and Washing Prescription Combined with Auricular Point Pressing

目的对应用自拟中药熏洗方联合耳穴压贴对膝痹病的临床治疗以及护理进行观察,旨在观察其治疗膝痹病的效果。方法选择2019年6月至2020年7月,在罗定市中医院进行治疗的膝痹病患者共50例作为研究分析对象,将所有患者使用随机数字法分为治疗、对照两组,对照组应用常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上应用自拟中药熏洗方联合耳穴压贴治疗,两组患者均治疗7d,对比两组患者治疗总有效率、疼痛情况、膝关节功能情况、住院时间、治疗费用以及满意度。结果治疗组的总有效率较对照组明显更高(P<0.05);对照组患者疼痛评分、膝关节功能评分、住院时间以及治疗费用均明显低于治疗组的(P<0.05);治疗组的患者满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在治疗膝痹病患者中,应用自拟中药熏洗方联合耳穴压贴具有显著效果,明显改善患者疼痛感以及膝关节功能,缩短住院时间、减低患者经济负担,患者满意度更高,具有推广价值。

Objective To observe the clinical treatment and nursing of self-made fumigation and washing formula combined with auricular point sticking on knee arthralgia disease,so as to observe its effect in the treatment of knee arthralgia.Methods From June 2019 to July 2020,a total of 50 patients with knee arthralgia disease in our hospital were selected as the research and analysis objects.All patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the treatment group was treated with self-made herbal fumigation formula combined with auricular point pressing therapy on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 7days.The total effective rate,pain,knee joint function,hospitalization time,treatment cost and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the pain score,knee joint function score,hospitalization time and treatment cost of the control group were significantly lower than those of the treatment group(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with knee arthralgia,the application of self-made herbal fumigation formula combined with auricular plaster therapy has a significant effect,significantly improve the pain of patients and knee joint function,shorten the length of hospital stay,reduce the economic burden of patients,patients’satisfaction is higher,and has promotion value.
