新生儿吮吸结合推捏法排乳综合干预应用于哺乳期乳汁淤积的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Comprehensive Intervention of Sucking Combined with Pushing and Kneading Method on Milk Deposition during Lactation

目的研究新生儿吮吸结合推捏法排乳综合干预应用于哺乳期乳汁淤积的效果。方法选取2019年1~12月深圳市罗湖区妇幼保健院爱婴区的哺乳期乳汁淤积产妇60例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和研究组(30例)。对照组行常规排乳干预模式,研究组在对照组的基础上行新生儿吮吸结合推捏法排乳综合干预模式。观察两组产妇排乳情况、乳房胀痛程度、炎症水平。结果研究组乳腺疏通时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05),产后48h、产后72h、产后96h乳汁分泌量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后研究组VAS评分、炎症指标(TNF-α、CRP、IL-6)水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论新生儿吮吸结合推捏法排乳综合干预应用于哺乳期乳汁淤积可显著促进产妇排乳,缓解乳房胀痛,降低炎症水平,可临床推广。

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive intervention of sucking combined with pushing and kneading method on milk deposition during lactation.Methods From January 2019 to December 2019,60 cases of lactation galactosis in Baby Friendly District of Luohu Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and study group(30 cases).The control group was treated with routine lactation intervention mode,and the study group was treated with comprehensive intervention mode of sucking and pushing and kneading method on the basis of the control group.Observe the two groups of maternal lactation,breast pain degree,inflammation level.Results The breast dredging time and hospitalization time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the milk secretion at 48h,72h and 96h after delivery of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the VAS score and inflammatory indexes(TNF-α,CRP,IL-6)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive intervention of sucking combined with pushing and kneading can significantly promote the lactation of puerpera,relieve breast pain and reduce the level of inflammation,which can be widely used in clinical practice.
