探析小针刀手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床护理效果

Exploration of the Clinical Nursing Effect of Small Needle Knife Surgery in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的分析小针刀手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症给予临床护理的效果。方法择取我院2019年1月至2020年1月接诊的200例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,所有患者均采用小针刀手术进行治疗,按照对所有患者采用护理方式不同将其分为人数均等两组,每组100例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组采用临床护理干预,比较两组ODI、JOA评分、疼痛度评分。结果①比较两组护理前后腰椎及脊髓神经功能评分:护理前两组ODI、JOA评分比较,差异较小(P>0.05),护理后观察组ODI评分低于对照组,JOA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。②比较两组护理疗效:与对照组比较,观察组治疗疗效高(P<0.05)。结论对腰椎间盘突出症采用小针刀进行治疗后,能够达到较好的治疗效果,在增加临床护理干预后,能够提升患者病情恢复速度。

Objective To analyze the clinical nursing effect of small needle knife surgery in treating lumbar disc herniation.Methods Two hundred patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.All patients were treated with small needle knife surgery.All patients were divided into two groups with equal numbers,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received clinical nursing intervention.The scores of ODI,JOA and pain were compared between the two groups.Results①Comparing the scores of lumbar spine and spinal cord nerve function between the two groups before and after nursing:Before nursing,there was little difference in ODI and JOA scores between the two groups(P>0.05),while after nursing,the scores of ODI and JOA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).②Comparing the nursing efficacy between the two groups:Compared with the control group,the observation group has higher curative effect(P<0.05).Conclusion After using small needle knife to treat lumbar disc herniation,it can achieve better therapeutic effect,and after increasing clinical nursing intervention,it can improve the recovery speed of patients.
