普瑞巴林治疗脊髓损伤后神经痛的疗效和安全性分析

Efficacy and Safety of Pregabalin in the Treatment of Neuralgia after Spinal Cord Injury

目的观察普瑞巴林治疗脊髓损伤后神经痛的疗效和安全性。方法随机选取广东省工伤康复医院2018年8月至2020年10月收治的80例神经痛患者为本次研究对象,所有患者以药物治疗差异分为奥卡西平组(40例,奥卡西平治疗)和普瑞巴林组(40例,普瑞巴林治疗),对比分析两组患者的临床疗效、药物不良反应发生率、治疗前后的疼痛、负面情绪及睡眠质量评分。结果普瑞巴林组患者治疗有效率及药物不良反应发生率分别为95.00%、2.50%,奥卡西平组患者治疗有效率及药物不良反应发生率分别为80.00%、17.50%,普瑞巴林组治疗有效率显著高于奥卡西平组(P<0.05),药物不良反应发生率显著低于奥卡西平组(P<0.05),且治疗后普瑞巴林组患者疼痛、负面情绪评分显著低于奥卡西平组患者(P<0.05),睡眠质量评分显著高于奥卡西平组患者(P<0.05)。结论对脊髓损伤后神经痛患者给予普瑞巴林的疗效显著,属于安全高效的治疗药物。

Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of Pregabalin in the treatment of neuralgia after spinal cord injury.Methods A random selection of 80 patients with neuralgia admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to October 2020 were the subjects of this study.All the patients were divided into the oxcarbazepine group(40 cases,oxcarbazepine treatment)and the Pregabalin group(40 cases,Pregabalin treatment)according to the difference in drug therapy.Clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse drug reactions,pain,negative emotions and sleep quality scores before and after treatment were compared and analyzed in the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment and the incidence of side effects of the Pregabalin group were 95.00%and 2.50%,respectively.The effective rate of treatment and the incidence of side effects of the drug in the oxcarbazepine group were 80.00%and 17.50%,respectively.The treatment rate of the Pregabalin group was effective.The efficiency was significantly higher than that of the oxcarbazepine group(P<0.05),the incidence of side effects was significantly lower than that of the oxcarbazepine group(P<0.05),and the pain and negative emotion scores of patients in the Pregabalin group were significantly lower than those of the oxcarbazepine group after treatment.The sleep quality score of patients in the Pregabalin group(P<0.05)was significantly higher than that of the patients in the oxcarbazepine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pregabalin has a significant effect on patients with neuralgia after spinal cord injury,and it is a safe and efficient treatment drug.
