心理干预联合营养支持在乳腺癌病人植入输液港中的关系

Relationship Between Psychological Intervention and Nutritional Support of Breast Cancer Patients With Implanted Infusion Port

目的研究心理干预联合营养支持在乳腺癌病人植入输液港护理中的作用及对患者负性情绪的影响。方法选取肇庆市第一人民医院2019年9月至2020年9月收治的40例乳腺癌患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=20)和试验组(n=20)。对照组给予常规护理干预,试验组采用心理干预联合营养支持干预,两组均干预3个月。比较治疗前后两组情绪变化及营养状况。结果观察组干预后不良反应发生率低于对照组且住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前两组Hb、ALB水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后比较,试验组Hb水平和ALB水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理干预联合营养支持可减少不良反应发生,缩短住院时间,维持基本能量,起到促进患者积极配合治疗的作用。

Objective To study effect of psychological intervention and nutrition support on nursing and negative emotion of breast cancer patients with implanted infusion port.Methods The paper chose 40 cases breast cancer patients in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020,and divided them into control group(n=20)and experimental group(n=20).Control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and experimental group with psychological and nutrition support intervention,both groups were intervened for 3 months.Emotional changes and nutritional status between two groups was compared before and after treatment.Results Incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than control group,length of stay was shorter than control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in Hb and ALB levels between two groups before intervention(P>0.05).Comparison after intervention showed,level of Hb and ALB in experimental group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention combined with nutritional support can reduce adverse reactions,shorten length of stay,maintain basic energy,and play an important role in promoting active cooperation of patients.
