乳腺癌患者实施心理护理干预与健康教育的效果分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌患者实施心理护理干预与健康教育的效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年2月吉林省人民医院乳腺癌患者64例,随机分成两组,每组32例,对照组开展传统护理,观察组实施心理护理与健康教育,分别于干预前及干预1个月时,用焦虑(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对两组负性心理进行评定,另用自制问卷调查两组知识知晓情况。结果观察组护理1个月时的SAS、SDS评分较对照组,明显偏低(P<0.05)。观察组知识掌握良好率(78.13%)较对照组(43.15%)高(P<0.05)。结论针对乳腺癌患者,通过实施心理护理与健康教育,能减轻负性心理,丰富知识,应用效能突出。 Objective To explore effect of psychological nursing intervention and health education in breast cancer patients.Methods The paper chose 64 cases breast cancer patients in our hospital from January 2019 to February 2020,and divided them into two groups randomly,with 32 in each group.Control group was treated with traditional nursing,and observation group with psychological nursing and health education.Negative psychology between two groups was evaluated with anxiety(SAS)and depression self-evaluation Scale(SDS)before and after intervention for 1 month,knowledge knowledge was investigated with self-made questionnaire between two groups.Results SAS and SDS scores of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Good rate of knowledge mastery in observation group(78.13%)was higher than control group(43.15%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing and health education can reduce negative psychology,enrich knowledge for breast cancer patients,which has outstanding application effect.
