慢性盆腔炎临床治疗效果观察

目的探讨慢性盆腔炎(CPID)联合左氧氟沙星片与妇科千金胶囊的临床治疗效果。方法将2017年1月至2019年1月,山东省龙口市中医医院收治的84例CPID患者作为研究对象,将整个研究对象划分两个组别,对照组(n=42)接受左氧氟沙星片治疗,观察组(n=42)在对照组基础上接受妇科千金胶囊治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效和炎性指标水平以及不良反应。结果两个组别两组患者不良反应对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组临床疗效、IL-10水平明显高于对照组,CRP、IL-2水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左氧氟沙星片与妇科千金胶囊联合治疗CPID临床疗效显著。

Objective To investigate clinical effect levofloxacin tablets combined with Fuke Qianjin capsule for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID).Methods The paper chose 84 cases CPID patients in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019,and divided them into two groups,control group(n=42)was treated with levofloxacin tablets,and observation group(n=42)with Fuke Qianjin Capsule on the basis of control group.Clinical effect,inflammatory index levels and adverse reactions between two groups was compared.Results There was no difference in adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05);Clinical effect and IL-10 level of observation group was significantly higher than control group,while CRP and IL-2 levels of observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Levofloxacin tablets combined with Fuke Qianjin capsule can achieve significant clinical effect in treatment of CPID,which is worthy of promotion.
