变应性鼻炎患者吸入性物质过敏等级分析

摘要 目的分析过敏性鼻炎患者吸入性物质的过敏等级。方法选取惠州市第一人民医院2018年8月至2020年7月414例确诊为变应性鼻炎患者作为研究对象,采用高效级联抗体放大技术检测血清中的SIgE,对吸入性过敏原的等级进行分析。结果变应性鼻炎患者的吸入性过敏原主要是屋尘螨/粉尘螨,占比为52.2%。屋尘螨/粉尘螨3级以上过敏的占比39.9%。男性(41%)的比例比女性(38.6%)高。结论变应性鼻炎患者的吸入性过敏物质主要是屋尘螨/粉尘螨,3级以上过敏的占比较高。 Objective To analyze allergic grade of inhaled substances of patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods The paper chose 414 patients with allergic rhinitis from August 2018 to July 2020 as research objects.Sige in serum was detected with high-performance cascade antibody amplification technology,grade of inhaled allergens was analyzed.Results Main inhaled allergens of patients with allergic rhinitis include dermatophagoides pteronyssinus/dermatophagoides farinae,accounting for 52.2%.Proportion of house dust mite/dermatophagoides farinae allergy above grade 3 was 39.9%,proportion of male(41%)was higher than female(38.6%).Conclusion Main inhalant allergens of patients with allergic rhinitis include dermatophagoides pteronyssinus/dermatophagoides farinae,with high proportion of allergy above grade 3.
