手术室细节管理对控制医院感染的效果研究

Effect Study of Operating Room Detail Management on Controlling Nosocomial Infection

目的分析手术室细节管理对控制医院感染的效果。方法研究对象是2019年7月至2020年9月甘肃省武威市凉州区中西医结合医院收治的84例接受手术治疗的患者,按照奇偶数字法将患者分成了观察组和对照组,分别给予不同的管理方式,其中对照组接受常规手术室管理,观察组接受手术室细节管理,对比两组患者的护理满意度、感染和并发症发生率、护理安全和护理质量评分。结果观察组的护理满意度为95.24%,高于对照组的78.57%,P<0.05。观察组的感染和并发症发生率为7.14%,低于对照组的23.81%,P<0.05。观察组的护理安全和护理质量评分分别为(95.41±3.32、96.15±2.45),均要高于对照组(81.26±2.15、84.42±3.27),P<0.05。结论手术室细节管理对控制医院感染的效果显著,能够有效控制风险事件的发生。

Objective To analyze effect of operating room detail management on hospital infection control.Methods The paper chose 84 patients with surgical treatment from July 2019 to September 2020 as research objects,and divided them into observation group and control group according to odd and even number method,treated with different management methods,control group received routine operating room management,and observation group received operating room detail management.Nursing satisfaction degree,incidence of infection and complications,nursing safety and nursing quality scores were compared between two groups.Results Nursing satisfaction degree of observation group was 95.24%,higher than 78.57%of control group,P<0.05.Incidence of infection and complications in observation group was 7.14%,lower than 23.81%in control group(P<0.05).Nursing safety and nursing quality scores in observation group were 95.41±3.32 and 96.15±2.45 respectively,higher than(81.262±2.15,84.42±3.27)of control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Operating room detail management can achieve significant effect on controlling nosocomial infection,and control occurrence of risk events effectively.
