下肢骨折患者围术期发生脑血管意外的危险因素分析

Risk Factors Analysis of Cerebrovascular Accident of Patients With Lower Extremity Fracture During Perioperative Period

目的探究下肢骨折患者围术期发生脑血管意外的危险因素分析。方法回顾性分析南方医科大学第七附属医院2019年5月至2020年11月间收治的下肢骨折患者116例,收集分析患者的基数资料,并采用多因素Logistic回归分析收下肢骨折患者围术期发生脑血管意外的相关危险因素。结果年龄≥80岁、心房纤颤及手术时间>180min的患者发生围术期脑血管意外率呈升高趋势;下肢骨折患者的年龄、手术时间、伴心房纤颤、糖尿病、高血压病是围术期脑血管意外的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论下肢骨折患者围术期发生脑血管意外与患者年龄、基础疾病等因素有关,早期识别危险因素并给予干预措施,有助于降低围术期发生脑血管意外的风险。

Objective To explore risk factors of cerebrovascular accident of patients with lower extremity fracture during perioperative period.Methods The paper reviewed and analyzed 116 cases lower extremity fracture patients treated from May 2019 to November 2020,and collected data for analysis.Risk factors of cerebrovascular accidents in patients with lower extremity fractures were analyzed with multi factor Logistic regression.Results Incidence of cerebrovascular accidents of patients with age≥80,AF and operation time>180min showed increasing trend;age,operation time,AF,diabetes and hypertension of lower limb fracture patients was risk factors of cerebrovascular accident(P<0.05).Conclusion Occurrence of cerebrovascular accident of lower extremity fracture patients is related to their age and basic diseases.Early identification of risk factors and intervention measures can reduce risks of cerebrovascular accidents.
