显微镜镜检和尿液分析仪在尿液潜血检验中的差异探讨

Difference Discussion Between Microscope and Urine Analyzer in Examination of Urine Latent Blood

目的评估尿液潜血检验中应用显微镜镜检与尿液分析仪的差异性。方法选择甘肃省武威市凉州区中西医结合医院2019年1~12月收治的尿液潜血检验患者83例,均接受显微镜镜检和尿液分析仪检验,分析两种检验方式在尿液潜血检验中的差异性。结果尿液分析仪检验的阴性率(30.12%)高于显微镜镜检(7.23%),阳性率(69.88%)低于显微镜镜检(92.77%),对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。尿液分析仪阳性(++)小于显微镜镜检(++),对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两种检验方式阳性(+和+++)相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在尿液潜血检验中,应用尿液分析仪检验的阳性率低于显微镜镜检,临床上为提升检验准确率,可以联合显微镜镜检和尿液分析仪检验。

Objective To evaluate difference between microscope and urine analyzer in examination of urine occult blood.Methods The paper chose 83 patients examined with microscope and urine analyzer in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019,and analyzed difference of two test methods in urine occult blood test.Results Negative rate of urine analyzer test(30.12%)was higher than microscope(7.23%),positive rate(69.88%)was lower than microscope(92.77%),(P<0.05),comparison showed statistical significance.Positive of urine analyzer(++)was less than microscope examination(++),(P<0.05),comparison showed statistical significance.There was no statistical significance between positive(+and+++)of two methods,(P>0.05).Conclusion Positive rate of urine analyzer test is lower than microscope in urine occult blood test.Microscope and urine analyzer can be combined to improve accuracy of the test.
