奥司他韦颗粒联合蓝芩口服液治疗儿童流行性感冒的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Oseltamivir Granules Combined with Radix Scutellariae Oral Liquid in Treatment of Influenza of Children

目的观察分析儿童流行性感冒采用奥司他韦颗粒联合蓝芩口服液治疗的临床有效性。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月新泰市人民医院收治的96例流行性感冒患儿作为观察对象,应采用随机数字表法抽选出48例作为对照组,给予药物蓝芩口服液治疗;另外48例作为观察组,在对照组基础上给予奥司他韦颗粒治疗。观察比较两组患儿经治疗后的临床有效性、症状消失时间以及不良反应发生情况。结果对照组患儿总有效率为81.25%。观察组患儿总有效率为95.83%。观察组的临床治疗有效性显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),不良反应发生情况,两组治疗给药后,不良反应发生率比对,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于儿童流行感冒患儿,采用口服药物奥司他韦颗粒联合蓝芩口服液治疗,具有临床疗效佳、症状消失快等特点,不良反应发生率较低。

Objective To observe and analyze clinical effect of oseltamivir granules combined with radix scutellariae oral liquid in treatment of children’s influenza.Methods The paper chose 96 cases influenza children in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 as observation objects,and 48 cases were included in control group with random digital table method,treated with radix scutellariae oral liquid;other 48 cases in observation with oseltamivir granules on the basis of control group.Clinical effect,symptom disappearance time and adverse reactions between two groups was observed and compared.Results Total effective rate of control group was 81.25%,significantly lower than 95.83%of observation group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions incidence between two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Oral oseltamivir granules combined with radix scutellariae oral liquid has characteristics of good clinical effect,fast disappearance of symptoms and low adverse reactions incidence for influenza children,which has some certain clinical application value.
