医学营养干预联合胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病孕妇疗效及对孕妇妊娠结局和营养状态的影响

Effect of Medical Nutrition Intervention Combined With Insulin on Pregnant Women With Gestational Diabetes and Influence on Pregnancy Outcome and Nutritional Status

目的探讨医学营养干预联合胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病孕妇疗效及对孕妇妊娠结局和营养状态的影响。方法选取广东祈福医院在2019年3月至2020年5月收治的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇86例作为观察对象,按照随机法分为两组,计划组(n=43)与预设组(n=43)分别实行医学营养干预联合胰岛素治疗与仅实行胰岛素治疗,对两组获取的效果行比较。结果经治疗后,计划组比预设组血糖水平改善效果更明显(P<0.05);计划组与预设组比较孕妇妊娠并发症发生率,前者各指标均更低(P<0.05)。结论医学营养干预联合胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病孕妇,可改善孕妇血糖水平,提升治疗有效率,维持良好的营养状态。

Objective To investigate effect of medical nutrition intervention combined with insulin on pregnant women with gestational diabetes,and influence on pregnancy outcome and nutritional status.Methods The paper chose 86 cases pregnant women with gestational diabetes in our hospital from March 2019 to may 2020 as observation objects,and divided them into two groups according to random method.Planned group(n=43)and preset group(n=43)were treated with medical nutrition intervention and insulin therapy respectively.Curative effect between two groups was compared.Results After treatment,improvement effect of blood glucose level in planning group was more obvious than preset group(P<0.05);incidence of pregnancy complications in planning group and preset group was lower than pre-designed group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of medical nutrition intervention and insulin can improve blood glucose level,treatment effect and maintain good nutritional status.
