分析输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石的临床护理方法

Clinical Nursing Methods Analysis of Flexible Ureteroscope Holmium Laser Lithotripsy in Treatment of Upper Urinary Tract Calculi

目的探究输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石的临床护理方法的应用效果。方法选择40例广东省潮州市中心医院所收治的上尿路结石患者。2016年2月至2020年8月作为本研究的时间范围,采用随机数字表法将其均分为参照组与实验组,各为20例。其中常规护理干预为参照组护理方法,综合护理干预为实验组护理方法,并对两组上尿路结石患者护理后术后恢复相关指标、护理满意度及并发症发生率进行对比。结果在上尿路结石患者首次进食时间、首次肛门排气时间、住院观察时间方面实验组均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在护理满意度方面,实验组护理满意度为95.00%,而参照组护理满意度为60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在并发症发生率方面,实验组并发症发生率为15.00%,而参照组并发症发生率为45.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预在上尿路结石患者围手术期的护理过程,能够有效减少上尿路结石患者并发症发生率、提高术后恢复相关指标,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore application effect of clinical nursing methods in treatment of upper urinary tract calculi by flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods The paper chose 40 patients with upper urinary tract stones in our hospital from February 2016 to August 2020,and divided them into reference group and experimental group randomly,with 20 cases in each group.Reference group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and experimental group with comprehensive nursing intervention.Nursing satisfaction degree and complications incidence was compared between two groups.Results The first eating time,first anal exhaust time and hospital observation time of experimental group was shorter than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05);in terms of nursing satisfaction,nursing satisfaction degree of experimental group was 95.00%,that of reference group was 60.00%,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05);in terms of complications incidence,that of experimental group was 15.00%,that of reference group was 45.00%,with significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce complications incidence of patients with upper urinary tract calculi in perioperative nursing process effectively,improve postoperative recovery related indicators,and nursing satisfaction degree,which has high promotion value in clinical application.
