腹腔镜下髂耻韧带悬吊术在治疗盆底功能障碍疾病的优越性探究

Probe into the Advantages of Laparoscopic Iliopectineal Ligament Suspension on Treatment of Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

目的分析盆底功能障碍疾病在腹腔镜下实施髂耻韧带悬吊手术治疗的作用。方法选择在茂名市人民医院妇科实施子宫脱垂治疗的100例病患为研究样本,其研究时间均在2019年2月至2020年2月。采取随机数字排列表法将其分成常规组(50例)以及实验组(50例),予以常规组病患腹腔镜下腹壁悬吊手术治疗,予以实验组病患腹腔镜下髂耻韧带悬吊手术治疗。对比每组病患手术时间、手术过程中出血量以及住院时间;手术后盆腔器官脱垂定量分度(POP-Q)情况;并发症总出现率;手术前后盆底疾病生活质量影响量表(PFIQ-7)得分。结果实验组病患手术过程中出血量低于常规组(P<0.05)。手术后两组病患POP-Q分度情况比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。实验组与常规组病患并发症总出现率依次是2.00%、14.00%(P<0.05)。手术后实验组病患PFIQ-7得分低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论盆底功能障碍疾病使用腹腔镜下髂耻韧带悬吊手术治疗,可降低术中出血量,减少并发症,改善病患生活质量水平,发挥一定干预效果。

Objective To analyze the effects of laparoscopic iliopectineal ligament suspension on the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods 100 patients with prolapse of uterus treated from February 2019 to February 2020 in Maoming People’s Hospital were selected as research samples.According to random tabulation method,patients were divided into routine group(50 cases)and test group(50 cases).The laparoscopic abdominal wall suspension was performed in the routine group;the laparoscopic iliopectineal ligament suspension was performed in the test group.Group contrast was made about the operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,hospital stays,pelvic organ prolapse quantitation(POP-Q)degrees,overall complication rates and pelvic floor impact questionnaire(PFIQ-7)scores.Results Intraoperative bleeding volume in the test group was smaller than routine group(P<0.05);POP-Q degrees between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);the overall complication rate in the test group and routine group was 2.00%and 14.00%,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);PFIQ-7 scores in the test group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The laparoscopic iliopectineal ligament suspension can reduce the intraoperative bleeding volume and complications,and improve the life quality.
