口腔恶性肿瘤2例多学科综合治疗引发的思考

据调查发现恶性肿瘤多学科综合治疗理念已经存在有半个世纪时期,并且获取中国广大临床肿瘤学相关研究人员的一致认可,然而就目前来看,国内每年出现恶性肿瘤综合治疗人数持续上涨,不尽人意。吴一龙教授通过发表《恶性肿瘤多学科综合治疗的困境》这一文章,针对多学科综合治疗其存在原因以及主要面临的困境等一系列方面进行深入分析。同时,国内屠规益教授也经过《恶性肿瘤多学科综合治疗,证实和行动一致?》这一文章,针对当前国内恶性肿瘤多学科综合治疗具体存在的一系列问题予以针对性建议,从而确保恶性肿瘤多学科综合治疗得到有效改进。为了确保恶性肿瘤多学科综合治疗能够在我国长期顺利发展以及提升,本笔者借鉴中国抗癌协会临床肿瘤学协作专业委员会的专家以及中国抗癌协会肺癌专业委员会专家针对"恶性肿瘤多学科综合治疗"相关看法,由于肿瘤患者可能存在于任何科室,因此本笔者通过对口腔恶性肿瘤2例多学科综合治疗情况进行深入探究。

According to the survey,the concept of multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment for malignant tumor has existed for half a century,and has been unanimously recognized by the majority of clinical oncology researchers in China.However,at present,the number of comprehensive treatment for malignant tumor continues to rise in China every year,which is not satisfactory.Professor Wu Yilong published The Dilemma of Multidisciplinary Comprehensive Treatment of Malignant Tumor,and made an in-depth analysis on a series of aspects,such as the existing reasons and the main difficulties of multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment.At the same time,domestic Professor Tu Guiyi has also published the Multidisciplinary Comprehensive Treatment of Malignant Tumor,Which is Proved to be Consistent with the Action?This article,aiming at a series of specific problems existing in the current domestic multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment of malignant tumors,gives targeted suggestions,so as to ensure the effective improvement of multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment of malignant tumors.In order to ensure the long-term development and promotion of multi-disciplinary comprehensive treatment of malignant tumor in China,the author learned from the experts of the clinical oncology cooperation committee of China Anti Cancer Association and the experts of lung cancer committee of China Anti Cancer Association on the relevant views of“multi-disciplinary comprehensive treatment of malignant tumor”.As tumor patients may exist in any department,the author understands that objective to explore the multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment of 2 cases of oral cancer,the content is as follows.
