老年人慢性支气管炎30例的临床护理体会

Clinical Nursing Experience of 30 Cases of Chronic Bronchitis in the Elderly

目的探讨慢性支气管炎老年患者的临床护理。方法选择2018年9月至2020年9月于江苏省连云港东海县中医院接受治疗的30例慢性支气管炎老年患者作为本次研究主体,根据随机数表法将这30例患者分为两组,对照组(15例)予以常规护理,观察组(15例)采取优质临床护理,对两种护理方式的临床效果进行分析。结果①两组临床症状缓解用时对比:观察组各项临床症状缓解用时均短于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。②两组生活质量比较:观察组高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。③两组并发症发生率对比:观察组低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。④两组护理满意度对比:两组护理满意度观察组高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论将优质的临床护理应用于慢性支气管炎老年患者,能有效缩短恢复用时,使其生活质量得到改善,同时能够降低并发症风险,值得应用。

Objective To explore the clinical nursing of chronic bronchitis in the elderly.Methods Thirty elderly patients with chronic bronchitis who were treated in Donghai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the main body of this study.According to the random number table method,30 patients were divided into two groups,the control group(15 cases)were given routine nursing,and the observation group(15 cases)took excellent clinical nursing,and analyzed the clinical effect of the two nursing methods.Results①The time of clinical symptom relief in the two groups was compared:The time of remission of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,there was statistical difference(P<0.05).②Comparison of the quality of life between the two groups:The observation group was higher than the control group,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).③Comparison of the incidence of complications between the two groups:The observation group was lower than the control group,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).④The comparison of nursing satisfaction between the two groups:The observation group of nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group,there was statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying high-quality clinical care to elderly patients with chronic bronchitis can effectively shorten the recovery time,improve the quality of life,and reduce the risk of complications.It is worthy of application.
