基于Citespace的我国心力衰竭患者自我管理的可视化分析

Visualized Analysis of Self-management of Chinese Patients with Heart Failure Based on Citespace

目的分析近十年来我国心力衰竭患者在自我管理方面的研究现状及研究热点,为临床开展进一步的研究并找到更为有效的提高患者自我管理的方法提供参考。方法在知网、万方和维普三个数据库中检索心力衰竭患者自我管理的相关文献,检索时限为2010年1月至2020年12月,检索词为"心力衰竭""自我管理",并使用Citespace软件对所检索的文献进行可视化分析。结果共检索出372篇有效文献,针对我国心衰患者自我管理的文献数量整体呈上升趋势;文献发表的期刊较为分散,且核心期刊发表量较少;发文量多的作者较少,但多数都形成了合作群;文献发表的机构集中在医学院及其附属医院;研究热点人群是慢性心衰患者、老年慢性心衰患者;研究热点方向是自我管理、生活质量、影响因素、健康教育、自我效能。结论我国心衰患者自我管理水平仍不容乐观,尚待进一步的研究发展;随着中青年心衰患者发病率的增长,或可开展中青年心衰患者的相关研究。

Objective To analyzes the research status and hot spots of heart failure patients’self-management in recent ten years in China,provide reference for clinical further research and to find more effective methods to improve patients’self-management.Methods The literature related to self-management of patients with heart failure were searched in three databases of CNKI,Wanfang and VIP from January 2010 to December 2020.The key words of heart failure and self-management were used for searching.Visualization analysis of the obtained literature was conducted by using Citespace software.Results A total of 372 valid literatures were retrieved,and the number of literatures on self-management of patients with heart failure in China was on the rise as a whole;the journals published by literature were scattered,and the number of core journals published was small;there were few authors who publish a lot,but most of them form a cooperative group;literature published were distributed in medical schools and their affiliated hospitals;research hot population were chronic heart failure patients,elderly patients with chronic heart failure;hot topics focused on self-management,quality of life,influencing factors,health education and self-efficacy.Conclusion The level of self-management in patients with heart failure in China was still discouraging,which needs further research;With the increase of the incidence of heart failure in young and middle-aged patients,it may be possible to carry out relevant studies on them.
