急诊急救过程中施予整体干预的必要性及对抢救质量产生的影响

The Necessity of Overall Intervention in the Process of Emergency and First Aid and its Impact on the Quality of Rescue

目的分析急诊急救过程中施予整体干预的必要性及对抢救质量产生的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2020年12月在广东省农垦中心医院进行急诊急救的100例患者作为研究对象,通过随机数表法将其分为参照组和研究组,参照组50例患者急诊急救过程中开展常规护理,研究组50例患者急诊急救过程中开展整体干预,比较两组患者干预后的抢救质量、不良事件发生率、抢救成功率以及抢救满意率。结果研究组患者急诊科停留时间相比参照组明显更短,入院至入室时间相比参照组明显更短,抢救时间相比参照组明显更短,抢救期间的不良事件发生率相比参照组明显更低,抢救成功率相比参照组明显更高,抢救满意率相比参照组明显更高(P<0.05)。干预前,组间生活质量评分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后两组生活质量评分明显上升,且研究组评分相比参照组明显更高(P<0.05)。结论在急诊急救过程中开展整体干预十分有必要,不仅可以有效提高抢救质量,减少不良事件的发生,而且还有助于进一步提高患者的抢救成功率以及满意度,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To analyze the necessity of overall intervention during emergency first aid and its impact on the quality of rescue.Methods 100 patients who received emergency first aid in Guangdong Provincial Agricultural Reclamation Central Hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the reference group and the research group through the random number table method.The 50 patients in the reference group during the emergency received first aid process.In routine care,50 patients in the study group received overall intervention during emergency first aid,and the quality of rescue,the incidence of adverse events,the success rate of rescue,and the satisfaction rate of rescue were compared between the two groups of patients after intervention.Results The stay time of patients in the study group in the emergency department was significantly shorter than that of the reference group,the time from hospital admission to room admission was significantly shorter than that of the reference group,the rescue time was significantly shorter than that of the reference group,and the incidence of adverse events during the rescue period was significantly higher than that of the reference group.The rescue success rate was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the rescue satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,the comparison of the quality of life scores between the groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the intervention,the quality of life scores of the two groups increased significantly,and the scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is very necessary to carry out overall intervention in the emergency treatment process,which can not only effectively improve the quality of rescue and reduce the occurrence of adverse events,but also help to further increase the success rate and satisfaction of patients in rescue and improve the quality of life of patients.
