摘要
目的分析在血站采血点中开展心理护理干预对无偿献血者的献血反应与产生的影响。方法纳入2019年9月至2020年1月间的血站采血点无偿献血者,选择160例,以抽签法分为两组(乙组,常规护理,80例;甲组,在乙组基础上加心理护理干预,80例),分析满意度、献血反应、心态。结果乙组总满意度低于甲组(P<0.05)。乙组献血反应程度、献血反应发生率高于甲组(P<0.05)。乙组与甲组护理前抑郁情绪评分、焦虑情绪评分差异不显著(P>0.05)。乙组与甲组护理后抑郁情绪评分、焦虑情绪评分低于护理前(P<0.05)。乙组护理后抑郁情绪评分、焦虑情绪评分高于甲组护理后(P<0.05)。乙组与甲组护理前差异不显著(P>0.05)。给予针对性处理后,所有献血反应患者反应均消失或者明显减轻。结论通过给予血站采血点的无偿献血者心理护理干预可提高其满意度、改善心态、减少献血反应程度和发生率。
Objective To analyze the response of psychological nursing intervention to unpaid blood donors in blood collection points of blood stations.Have an impact.Methods A total of 160 free blood donors were included in the blood collection sites of blood stations from September 2019 to January 2020,and were divided into two groups by drawing lot(group B,80 cases of routine care;Group A,psychological nursing intervention on the basis of Group B,80 cases),analysis of satisfaction,blood donation response,mentality.Results The total satisfaction of group B was lower than that of group A(P<0.05).The degree and incidence of blood donation reaction in group B were higher than those in group A(P<0.05).The scores of depression and anxiety before nursing were not significantly different between group B and group A(P>0.05).The scores of depression and anxiety in group B and group A after nursing were lower than those before nursing(P<0.05).The scores of depression and anxiety in group B after nursing were higher than those in group A(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between group B and group A before nursing(P>00.05).After targeted treatment,the reaction of all patients with blood donation reaction disappeared or significantly reduced.Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention for unpaid blood donors can improve their satisfaction,improve their mentality,and reduce the degree and incidence of blood donation reaction.
