同期护理干预对肿瘤放疗患者及其照顾者负性情绪、心理应激及生活质量的影响

The Effect of Concurrent Nursing Intervention on Negative Emotion,Psychological Stress and Life Quality of Patients with Tumor Radiotherapy and their Caregivers

目的观察同期护理干预对肿瘤放疗患者及其照顾者负性情绪、心理应激及生活质量的影响。方法70例行放射治疗的患者及其照顾者根据数字表法分为两组,对照组(n=35)实施常规护理措施予以干预,观察组(n=35)在对照组基础上实施同期护理干预,两组干预时间均为3个月。比较两组患者及其照顾者干预前后焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,心理应激及生活质量变化。结果对照组患者及其照顾者干预前后负性情绪(SAS、SDS)及心理应激(RSS)评分比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),而观察组患者及其照顾者干预后负性情绪及心理应激评分较干预前及对照组干预后明显降低(P<0.05);对照组患者及其照顾者干预前后各项生活质量评分比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),而观察组患者及其照顾者干预后各项生活质量评分较干预前及对照组干预后明显升高(P<0.05)。结论同期护理干预不但可明显改善肿瘤放疗患者负性情绪、心理应激及生活质量,对患者照顾者负性情绪、心理应激及生活质量也可起到明显的改善作用。

Objective To observe the effect of concurrent nursing intervention on negative emotions,psychological stress and life quality of tumor radiotherapy patients and their caregivers.Methods Seventy patients undergoing radiotherapy and their caregivers were divided into two groups according to the number table method.The control group(n=35)received conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group(n=35)received concurrent nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention time of both groups was 3 months.The changes of negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,psychological stress and life quality before and after intervention between the two groups were compared.Results The scores of negative emotions(SAS,SDS)and psychological stress(RSS)in the control group and their caregivers before and after intervention showed no significant difference(P>0.05),while the scores of negative emotions and psychological stress in the observation group and their caregivers after intervention were significantly decreased compared with before and after intervention(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the life quality scores in control group and their caregivers before and after intervention(P>0.05),while the life quality scores of patients in observation group and their caregivers after intervention were significantly higher than those of before and after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Concurrent nursing intervention can not only significantly improve the negative emotions,psychological stress and life quality of tumor radiotherapy patients,but also significantly improve the negative emotions,psychological stress and quality of life of patients’caregivers.
