摘要
目的探讨高压氧治疗职业性噪声聋患者的临床效果。方法研究对象选取2017年4月至2020年4月到长春市第二医院接受治疗的36例职业性噪声聋患者,使用随机数字法将患者分为采取常规治疗的常规组(18例)和常规治疗+高压氧治疗的治疗组(18例),对两组患者的治疗效果、自觉耳鸣和自觉听力下降评分、纯音阈改善程度以及不良反应发生情况进行观察比较。结果治疗组患者的治疗有效率为88.9%,明显高于常规组的61.1%(P<0.05);治疗组的自觉耳鸣评分和自觉听力评分均明显低于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者的500 Hz、1000 Hz、2000 Hz、4000 Hz纯音阈结果均明显优于常规组(P<0.05);常规组患者的不良反应发生率为27.8%,治疗组患者的不良反应发生率为5.6%,治疗组患者的不良反应发生率明显少于常规组(P<0.05)。结论高压氧治疗在职业性噪声聋患者中运用可以有效改善职业性噪声聋患者耳内的缺氧情况,有利于临床症状的改善和听力损伤程度的减少,对于患者听力恢复组织的修复具有积极意义,安全性较高,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of occupational noise deafness.Methods A total of 36 patients with occupational noise deafness who were treated in the second hospital of Changchun from April 2017 to April 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the conventional treatment group(18 cases)and the conventional treatment+hyperbaric oxygen treatment group(18 cases)And adverse reactions were observed and compared.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 88.9%,which was significantly higher than 61.1%of the conventional group(P<0.05).The tinnitus score and hearing score of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pure tone thresholds of 500 Hz,1000 Hz,2000 Hz and 4000 Hz of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the conventional group was 27.8%.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 5.6%,which was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with occupational noise deafness can effectively improve the anoxia in the ear of patients with occupational noise deafness,which is conducive to the improvement of clinical symptoms and the reduction of hearing loss,and has positive significance for the restoration of hearing recovery tissue of patients with high safety,which is worthy of popularization and application.
