消毒隔离措施在控制医院多重耐药菌感染中的作用探讨

The Role of Disinfection and Isolation Measures in the Control of Hospital Multi Drug Resistant Bacteria Infection

目的研究在控制医院多重耐药菌感染中应用消毒隔离措施的作用。方法抽取甘肃省甘南州迭部县藏医院于2019年1月至2019年12月收治的住院患者共346例纳入对照组,未实施消毒隔离措施;同时抽取本院于2020年1月至2020年12月收治的住院患者共338例纳入观察组,实施消毒隔离措施,研究比对患者的防控措施落实情况与多重耐药菌感染率等。结果观察组隔离医嘱、隔离标识、物品专用、床边消毒物品配置与卫生消毒等防控措施落实情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组住院患者的多重耐药菌感染率为0.89%,其中MRSA感染1例,ESBLs感染1例,MDR/PDR-PA感染1例。对照组患者的多重耐药菌感染率为2.89%,其中MRSA感染2例,MRSE感染1例,MRCNS感染1例,ESBLs感染3例,MDR/PDR-PA感染2例,PDRCR-AB感染1例。观察组住院患者的多重耐药菌感染率显著比对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论在患者住院期间,实施消毒隔离措施,对于提高医院感染管理质量,降低医院MDRO感染率等有重要的意义。

Objective To study the effect of disinfection and isolation measures in the control of hospital multi drug resistant bacteria infection.Methods A total of 346 inpatients in Diebu Tibetan hospital of Gannan Prefecture from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected and included in the control group.Meanwhile 338 inpatients in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were included in the observation group with disinfection and isolation measures,and the implementation of prevention and control measures and the infection rate of multi drug resistant bacteria were compared.Results The implementation of the prevention and control measures such as the order of isolation doctor,isolation mark,special purpose of articles,distribution of disinfection articles at the bedside and sanitation disinfection in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The infection rate of multidrug-resistant bacteria in the observation group was 0.89%,including 1 case of MRSA infection,1 case of ESBLs infection and 1 case of MDR/PDR-PA infection.The infection rate of multidrug-resistant bacteria in the control group was 2.89%,including 2 cases of MRSA infection,1 case of MRSE infection,1 case of mrcns infection,3 cases of ESBLs infection,2 cases of MDR/PDR-PA infection and 1 case of pdrcr-ab infection.The infection rate of multi drug resistant bacteria in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During hospitalization,the implementation of disinfection and isolation measures is of great significance to improve the quality of hospital infection management and reduce the infection rate of MDRO.
