AMH、FSH联合超声检查在卵巢早衰预测中的应用

摘要 目的探讨AMH、FSH联合超声检查在卵巢早衰预测中的应用价值。方法研究对象为我院在2018年1月至2020年1月接收治疗的50例卵巢早衰患者,将其作为观察组,同时选择同时期接收的50名健康体检者作为参照组,两组研究对象均安排开展AMH、FSH联合超声检查,比较其组间AMH、FSH水平差异,并且观察其卵巢体积(V)以及AFC差异,同时观察组间二维声像图像参数差异。结果在AMH水平方面,参照组明显低于观察组(P<0.05),在FSH水平方面,参照组明显高于观察组(P<0.05)。参照组AFC以及V均显著高于观察组(P<0.05)。参照组子宫体积以及子宫内膜厚度均显著大于观察组(P<0.05)。结论AMH、FSH联合超声检查在卵巢早衰预测中具有良好的应用价值,不仅能够快速有效的了解其激素水平及血清指标,而且还可以为临床诊疗带来一定参考依据。 Objective To explore the application value of AMH and FSH combined ultrasound in the prediction of premature ovarian failure.Methods The research subjects were 50 patients with premature ovarian failure who received treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020,and they were used as the observation group,and 50 healthy medical examinees received at the same period were selected as the reference group.All were arranged to carry out AMH and FSH combined ultrasound examinations to compare the differences in AMH and FSH levels between the groups,and to observe the differences in ovarian volume(V)and AFC,while observing the differences in two-dimensional sound image parameters between the groups.Results In terms of AMH levels,the reference group was significantly lower than the observation group(P<0.05),and in terms of FSH levels,the reference group was significantly higher than the observation group(P<0.05).AFC and V in the reference group were significantly higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05).The uterine volume and endometrial thickness of the reference group were significantly larger than those of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion AMH and FSH combined ultrasound examination has good application value in the prediction of premature ovarian failure.It can not only quickly and effectively understand its hormone levels and serum indicators,but also bring some reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
