空腹血糖、糖化白蛋白、糖化血红蛋白在糖尿病监测中的意义探讨

Significance of Fasting Blood Glucose,Glycosylated Serum Protein and Glycosylated Hemoglobin in Diabetes Monitoring

目的研究糖尿病监测中空腹血糖、糖化白蛋白、糖化血红蛋白等指标的应用意义。方法研究自2021年1月至2021年2月从江苏省江阴峭岐医院门诊和住院部共选取糖尿病患者200例,在其治疗中均开展糖尿病监测,通过对患者空腹血糖、糖化白蛋白、糖化血红蛋白等指标检查结果进行回顾,分析其使用价值。结果200例患者空腹血糖(8.36±2.85)mmol/L、糖化白蛋白(23.47±3.69)%、糖化血红蛋白(9.91±3.66)%,三项指标均处于升高状态;其中空腹血糖升高检出率为81.00%,糖化白蛋白升高检出率为75.00%,糖化血红蛋白升高检出率为91.00%,空腹血糖和糖化白蛋白升高检出率为87.50%,空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白升高检出率为94.00%。结论人体处于糖尿病状态时,其空腹血糖、糖化白蛋白、糖化血红蛋白等指标均处于明显升高状态,联合三项指标用于疾病监测,可对病情发展做出重要提示,以便及时有效地进行干预。

Objective To study the application significance of fasting blood glucose,glycosylated albumin and glycosylated hemoglobin in diabetes monitoring.Methods From January 2021 to February 2021,200 patients with diabetes were selected from the outpatient and inpatient departments of Jiangyin Qiaoqi Hospital,and diabetes monitoring was carried out during their treatment.The results of fasting blood glucose,glycosylated albumin,glycosylated hemoglobin and other indicators were reviewed to analyze their use value.Results Fasting blood glucose(8.36±2.85)mmol/L,glycosylated albumin(23.47±3.69)%,glycosylated hemoglobin(9.91±3.66)%in 200 patients,all of which were in an elevated state.The detection rates of fasting blood glucose,glycosylated albumin and glycosylated hemoglobin were 81.00%,75.00%,91.00%,87.50%and 94.00%respectively.Conclusion Fasting blood glucose,glycosylated albumin,glycosylated hemoglobin and other indicators are obviously increased when the human body is in diabetes.Combining these three indicators for disease monitoring can make important hints for the development of the disease,so as to intervene effectively in time.
