临床路径教学法在骨科临床带教中的应用分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨在骨科临床带教中运用临床路径教学法的应用价值。方法研究选取2018年12月至2020年12月我院骨科二区实习生40名,按照随机方式分为对照组和研究组,每组各20人,对照组采用传统带教模式,研究组采用临床路径教学法,对比2组临床带教效果。结果对照组和研究组在实习前理论知识和临床实践考核成绩对比无明显差异(P>0.05);实习后,研究组理论知识和临床实践考核成绩均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。实习前,2组寻找真理、开放思维、分析能力、系统化能力、批判性思维的自信心、求知欲和认知成熟度七个维度批判性思维能力评分对比无明显差异(P>0.05);实习后,研究组上述七项评分均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在骨科临床教学中采用临床途径教学法可以显著提高实习生的考核成绩,调动其学习兴趣和积极性,临床应用价值显著。 Objective To discuss the applied value of clinical pathway on the clinical orthopedic education.Methods 40 medical students practiced from December 2018 to December 2020 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group(20 cases)and research group(20 cases).The control group received the conventional learning mode;the research group received clinical pathway.Learning effects were probed.Results Before internship,there were no significant between-group differences about the theoretical knowledge and practical skill scores(P>0.05);after internship,the theoretical knowledge and practical skill scores in the research group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);before internship,there were no significant between-group differences about the assessment scores of truth discovery,open thinking,analytical ability,systematic ability,self-confidence,intellectual curiosity and cognitive degree(P>0.05);after internship,the above assessment scores in the research group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical pathway can remarkably improve the student’s examination performances,learning interests and initiatives.
