心理护理在老年脑卒中患者护理中的应用方法与价值探索

Exploration of the Application Method and Value of Psychological Nursing in the Nursing of Elderly Patients with Stroke

目的分析探究老年脑卒中患者实施心理护理对于提高患者生活质量、改善不良情绪的作用和价值。方法在2019年3月至2020年3月选取我院120例患者展开综合评价,严格按照护理模式的差异性分为观察组和对照组,对照组实施常规护理干预模式,观察组在其基础上实施心理护理干预模式,各60例,并比较其护理质量和效果。结果观察组SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组,且SF-36评分以及护理满意度和依从性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论为老年脑卒中患者实施心理护理干预和常规护理,两者相比较之下,前者的护理效果和质量更为理想,通过针对性的心理疏导,从而使得患者的不良情绪得到极大的改善,促进其生活质量和依从性的提升,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze and explore the effect and value of psychological care for elderly stroke patients in improving the quality of life of patients and improving bad mood.Methods From March 2019 to March 2020,120 patients were selected for analysis and observation.They were divided into observation group and control group strictly according to the differences in nursing mode.The control group implemented conventional nursing intervention mode,and the observation group was based on it.Implement the psychological nursing intervention model,each with 60 cases,and compare its nursing quality and effect.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the SF-36 scores and nursing satisfaction and compliance were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention and routine nursing are implemented for elderly stroke patients.Compared with the two,the nursing effect and quality of the former are more ideal.Through targeted psychological counseling,the patients’unhealthy emotions can be greatly improved.To promote the improvement of their quality of life and compliance,it is worthy of promotion and application.
