精细化健康体检管理模式在体检中心的应用及效果评估

Application and Effect Evaluation of Fine Health Examination Management Mode in Physical Examination Center

目的评估在治未病(体检)中心应用精细化健康体检管理模式的价值。方法选取我中心2019年12月至2020年12月健康体检者作为研究对象,共200例,按照对所有体检者采用护理管理方式不同将其均分为人数均等的两组,每组100例。对照组实施常规管理模式,观察组则选择采用精细化健康体检管理模式,比较两组体检者体检知识掌握度、SAS和SDS评分。结果体检后观察组体检知识掌握度高于对照组,两组患者对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后观察组SAS和SDS评分低于对照组,两组患者对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论选择精细化健康体检管理模式,能够提高体检者对疾病及体检知识的了解度,提高公民的健康素养,有利于建立良性的健康管理关系。

Objective To evaluate the value of the application of fine health examination management mode in the preventive treatment(physical examination)center.Methods A total of 200 physical examinees from December 2019 to December 2020 in our center were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups with equal numbers,with 100 cases in each group.The control group implemented the routine management mode,while the observation group chose the refined physical examination management mode.The mastery of physical examination knowledge,SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were compared.Results After physical examination,the mastery of physical examination knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Choosing the refined management mode of physical examination can improve the knowledge of diseases and physical examination,improve citizens’health literacy,and help to establish a benign health management relationship.
