抗生素降阶梯治疗重症肺炎的临床疗效及安全性分析

Clinical Curative Effect and Safety Analysis of Antibiotic Ladder Down Therapy For Severe Pneumonia

目的探析抗生素降阶梯治疗重症肺炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2012年1月至2020年3月在东莞常安医院就诊的重症肺炎患者中60例,随机均衡分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,治疗时,对照组选择常规的抗生素,观察组开展抗生素降阶梯的治疗,对比治疗效果。结果两组总有效率、感染控制时间、使用抗生素的时间、肺部啰音消失的时间、住院的时间、发生不良反应的几率对比,观察组均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以抗生素降阶梯治疗重症肺炎,疗效显著。

Objective To explore clinical effect and safety of antibiotics in treatment of severe pneumonia.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with severe pneumonia in our hospital from January 2012 to March 2020,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,30 cases in each group.During treatment,control group was treated with routine antibiotics,while observation group with antibiotic ladder down treatment.Treatment effect was compared between two groups.Results Total effective rate,infection control time,antibiotic use time,pulmonary rales disappearance time,length of stay and probability of adverse reactions of observation group was better than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Antibiotic step down therapy can achieve significant effect for severe pneumonia,which is worthy of promotion.
