急诊ICU主导的创伤中心降低创伤患者的死亡率

Reducing Mortality of Trauma Patients in Emergency ICU Led Trauma Center

目的探讨急诊ICU主导创伤中心对降低创伤患者死亡率影响。方法广东医科大学附属厚街医院于2018年1月至2020年9月开始由急诊ICU主导创伤中心诊治创伤患者,分别对实施前2年诊治47例和实施后2年诊治49例创伤患者进行分析,比较两组患者急诊室留滞时间、影像学检查时间、手术等待时间、ICU治疗时间及致残率、致死率。结果实施后组患者急诊室留滞时间、影像学检查时间、手术等待时间、ICU治疗时间均短于实施前组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后组致残率、致死率均低于实施前组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊ICU主导创伤中心诊治创伤患者,可缩短患者诊治时间,降低患者死亡率。

Objective To explore effect of emergency ICU leading trauma center on reducing mortality of trauma patients.Methods From January 2018,our hospital started to treat trauma patients in emergency ICU led trauma center.47 cases of trauma patients were treated two years before implementation and 49 cases treated two years after the implementation.Retention time of emergency room,imaging examination time,operation waiting time,ICU treatment time,disability rate and mortality rate between two groups was compared.Results Retention time of emergency room,imaging examination time,operation waiting time and ICU treatment time in post implementation group was shorter than pre-implementation group(P<0.05).Disability rate and mortality rate of post implementation group was lower than pre-implementation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency ICU leading trauma center can shorten diagnosis and treatment time and reduce mortality in diagnosis and treatment of trauma patients.
