早期肠内营养支持在胃肠道疾病患者术后恢复中的作用分析

Effect Analsysis of Early Enteral Nutrition Support on Postoperative Recovery of Patients with Gastrointestinal Diseases

目的探讨早期肠内营养支持在胃肠道疾病患者术后恢复中的作用。方法选取在2019年6月至2020年6月在山东大学齐鲁医院治疗的胃肠道疾病术后患者100例,分为对照组(50例,采用早期肠外营养支持)和观察组(50例,采用早期肠内营养支持),对比两组患者术后并发症的发生率,住院时间和肠功能恢复时间。结果观察组患者实施早期营养支持后并发症发生率、平均住院时间、肠功能恢复时间,均优于对照组,组间有统计学意义意义(P<0.05)。结论对胃肠道术后患者实施早期肠内营养支持可降低并发症情况,减少住院所用天数,促进肠功能得以尽快恢复,促使机体尽早康复。

Objective To investigate effect of early enteral nutrition support on postoperative recovery of patients with gastrointestinal diseases.Methods The paper chose 100 cases postoperative patients with gastrointestinal diseases in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020,and divided them into control group(50 cases,with early parenteral nutrition support)and observation group(50 cases,with early enteral nutrition support).Incidence of postoperative complications,length of stay and intestinal function recovery time between two groups was compared.Results Complication rate,average length of stay and intestinal function recovery time of observation group was better than control group,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion Early enteral nutrition support can reduce complications,length of hospital stay,promote recovery of intestinal function as soon as possible,and recover as soon as possible of patients after gastrointestinal surgery.
