健康体检者血脂检验的应用与结果分析

Application and Result Analysis of Blood Lipid Test of Healthy Checkups

目的分析血脂检验应用在健康体检者中的情况与结果。方法选择北京市丰台区蒲黄榆社区卫生服务中心2018年10月至2019年10月接诊的350例健康体检者作为研究对象,分析不同年龄、不同性别和不同学历情况下,体检者的血脂检验结果。结果①60岁以上健康体检者的总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于50~60岁、40~50岁、20~40岁,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇小于50~60岁、40~50岁、20~40岁,P<0.05。60岁以上健康体检者的高脂血症发生率高于50~60岁、40~50岁、20~40岁,P<0.05。②男性高脂血症发生率高于女性,P<0.05。③本科及以上学历者的高脂血症发生率小于初高中学历者、小学及以下学历者,P<0.05。结论随着年龄增长高脂血症的发生率升高,男性的高脂血症发生率高于女性,学历较高者的高脂血症发生率小于低学历者,说明高脂血症的发生与多种因素相关,需要做好疾病预防教育干预。

Objective To analyze application and effect of blood lipid test in healthy people.Methods The paper chose 350 cases healthy physical examinees in our center from October 2018 to October 2019 as research objects,and analyzed blood lipid test eesults of physical examinees with different age,gender and education background.Results①Total cholesterol,triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol of healthy people over 60 was higher than 50~60,40~50 and 20~40,while high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was lower than 50~60,40~50 and 20~40,P<0.05.Incidence of hyperlipidemia in healthy people over 60 was higher than 50~60,40~50 and 20~40(P<0.05).②Incidence of hyperlipidemia in male was higher than female(P<0.05).③Incidence of hyperlipidemia in students with bachelor degree or above was lower than those with junior high school degree,primary school degree or below,P<0.05.Conclusion With increase of age,incidence of hyperlipidemia increases,incidence of hyperlipidemia in male is higher than female,incidence of hyperlipidemia in people with higher education is lower than those with lower education,indicating that hyperlipidemia incidence is related to a variety of factors,it is necessary to carry on disease prevention education intervention well.
