尿液分析仪与显微镜法对尿隐血检验的应用价值分析

Application Value Analysis of Urine Analyzer and Microscope in Urine Occult Blood Test

目的研究尿隐血检验中采用尿液分析仪与显微镜法的临床价值。方法病例样本为2019年5月至2020年5月武警河南总队医院行尿隐血检验的96例患者,全部患者均行尿液分析仪检验及显微镜法检验,研究分析不同检验方法的检验结果。结果统计并评估不同检验方法阳性率,显微镜法高于尿液分析仪(P<0.05)。以尿液分析仪检验结果为金标准,显微镜法检验假阳性率为14.3%、假阴性率为21.3%。结论尿隐血检验中尿液分析仪及显微镜法均为有效方法,为提高检验结果准确率,可采取二者联合检验。

Objective To study clinical value of urine analyzer and microscope in urine occult blood test.Methods The paper treated 96 patients with occult blood test in our hospital from May 2019 to may 2020 as samples,after urine analyzer test and microscopic test,test effect was researched for different test methods.Results Positive rate of different test methods was statistically evaluated,that of microscope method was higher than urine analyzer(P<0.05).With gold standard of urine analyzer test results,false positive rate of microscopic test was 14.3%,false negative rate was 21.3%.Conclusion Both urine analyzer and microscope are effective in urine occult blood test.to improve accuracy of test results,two methods can be combined.
