妊娠期高血压患者D-二聚体及凝血指标临床检验分析

Clinical Test Analysis of D-Dimer and Coagulation Index in Patients With Gestational Hypertension

目的观察分析妊娠期高血压患者D-二聚体及凝血指标的临床检验价值。方法选取山西省心血管病医院在2018年1月至2019年12月搜集的25例妊娠期高血压患者一般资料作为实验组,再选取同期医院搜集的25例正常妊娠期患者一般资料作为对照组。采用统计学分析两组研究对象的D-二聚体水平、凝血指标变化。结果实验组产前、产后1d、产后3d、产后7d的D-二聚体水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组FIB(纤维蛋白原)水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组PT(血浆凝血酶原时间)、TT(凝血酶时间)、APTT(活化部分凝血酶时间)等水平明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期高血压患者D-二聚体及凝血指标的临床检验价值高。

Objective to observe and analyze clinical test value of D-dimer and coagulation index in patients with gestational hypertension.Methods The paper chose general data of 25 cases gestational hypertension patients in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 as experimental group,and general data of 25 patients with normal pregnancy in our hospital during the same period as control group.D-dimer levels and coagulation indexes changes were statistically analyzed between two groups.Results Prenatal,postpartum 1D,postpartum 3D,postpartum 7d D-dimer level of experimental group was significantly higher than control group,(P<0.05),FIB level of experimental group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),PT(prothrombin time),TT(thrombin time),APTT(activated partial thromboplastin time)levels of experimental group were significantly shorter than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion D-dimer and coagulation index of patients with gestational hypertension has high clinical test value.
