实习对护生护士职业形象认知的影响研究

Effect Study of Practice on Professional Image Cognition of Nurses

目的了解实习对护理本科专业学生对护士职业形象认知的影响,对提升护生护士职业形象认知水平提出改进意见。方法以南华大学2016级及2017级护理本科在读学生作为研究对象,采用整体抽样的方法,以未实习的2017级本科生为观察组,已经完成实习的2016级本科生为对照组。采用问卷调查法和现场发放问卷法进行调查研究。结果观察组对外在形象、专业能力中的沟通交流方面的认知优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组在品德修养、知识结构方面的认知优于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实习前后护生对护士职业形象的认知存在差异,应根据不同的学习阶段调整护士职业认知的管理和训练,以帮助护生树立正确的职业形象认知。

Objective To understand effect of practice on professional image cognition of nurses and put forward some suggestions for improving professional image cognition level of nurses.Methods The paper chose nursing undergraduates of grade 2016 and 2017 as research objects,and divided them into observation group of grade 2017 undergraduates with no internship,and control group of grade 2016 undergraduates having completed internship with whole sampling method.The paper carried on investigation and research with questionnaire survey and on-site distribution questionnaire method.Results Communication cognition of external image and professional ability of observation group was better than control group,difference showed statistical significance,(P<0.05);cognitive level of moral cultivation and knowledge structure of control group was better than observation group,difference showed statistical significance,(P<0.05).Conclusion There are differences in professional image cognition of nurses before and after internship.Professional cognition management and training of nurses should be adjusted according to different learning stages to help them establish correct cognition of professional image.
