胃溃疡患者采用中西医结合治疗的推广价值分析

Promotion Value Analysis of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treatment of Gastric Ulcer

目的分析胃溃疡患者采用中西医结合治疗的推广价值。方法选择2018年1月至2020年3月在嘉峪关市胜利社区卫生服务中心收治的80例胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,按照随机分组原则,将两组患者均分为两组,其中接受单纯西药治疗的40例患者作为对照组,将另外40例接受中西医结合治疗的患者纳入观察组。比较两组胃溃疡患者治疗后的临床疗效、不良反应发生率等指标。结果治疗总有效率观察组对比对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应发生率观察组对比对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论本次研究将中西医结合应用于胃溃疡患者的治疗过程中,能够有效地提高临床治疗效果,降低不良反应的发生率,具有较高的安全性,患者的耐受性更好。

Objective To analyze promotion value of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods The paper chose 80 cases gastric ulcer patients from January 2018 to March 2020,and divided them into two groups according to random grouping principle.40 cases in control group were treated with western medicine only,and other 40 cases in observation group with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Clinical effect and incidence of adverse reactions was compared between two groups.Results Total effective rate of observation group was 97.5%vs 67.5%of control group,difference was significant(P<0.05);incidence of adverse reactions in observation group vs control group was 15%vs 42.5%,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine can effectively improve clinical treatment effect,reduce incidence of adverse reactions in treatment of gastric ulcer patients,with high safety,better tolerance of patients,which is a treatment method worthy of active promotion.
