异氟醚吸入麻醉对大鼠认知功能及炎症因子影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨临床上对大鼠实施手术后采取的异氟醚吸入麻醉对大鼠的认知功能以及炎症因子影响程度和后期的效果。方法选取的模型大鼠时间为1~3个月内的,大鼠模型共计60只,将其分成不同组进行对比,对照组和实验组,组数一样,对照组采用常规麻醉药物,实验组将异氟醚麻醉以吸入的方式应用,观察后期大鼠的认知功能和表现出的炎症反应程度。结果干预第一天,对照组大鼠逃避潜伏期、穿越平台次数与实验组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;干预后第4天、7天,两组逃避潜伏期、穿越平台次数比较无统计学意义,P>0.05,两组大鼠pH值比较差异不明显,P>0.05,实验组大鼠PaO2、PaCO2以及血糖水平明显比对照组低,组间比较有统计学意义,P<0.05;对照组麻醉后的炎性因子水平明显比实验组高,P<0.05。结论对于临床大鼠实验中将异氟醚吸入麻醉应用在大鼠手术中,经观察到大鼠的认知功能和炎症因子出现问题,但影响的程度不大,后期存在一定的神经组织系统保护作用,从整体上考虑异氟醚麻醉药物的使用价值可观。 Objective To investigate effect of isoflurane inhalation anesthesia on cognitive function and inflammatory factors of rats after operation.Methods The paper chose 60 model rats within 1-3 months,and divided them into different groups for comparison,same cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine anesthetics,while experimental group with isoflurane inhalation.Cognitive function and degree of inflammatory reaction were observed.Results On the first day of intervention,there was significant difference in escape latency and crossing platform times between control and experimental group,(P<0.05);on the fourth and seventh day after intervention,there were no significant difference in escape latency and crossing platform times between two groups,(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in pH value between two groups,P>0.05;blood glucose level of experimental group was significantly lower than control group,comparison between two groups was statistically significant,P<0.05;inflammatory factor level of control group was significantly higher than experimental group,P<0.05.Conclusion Observation shows,isoflurane inhalation anesthesia can cause problems of cognitive function and inflammatory factors of rats in clinical experiments,but degree of influence is not big.There is some certain protective effect on nervous tissue system in the later stage,generally,isoflurane anesthetics has considerable application value.
