研究产妇剖宫产术后再次妊娠分娩方式选择的影响因素

Influencing Factors Research of Delivery Mode Selection of Pregnant Women With Second Pregnancy After Cesarean Section

目的研究产妇剖宫产术后再次妊娠分娩方式选择的影响因素。方法选取医院2018年12月至2019年12月收治的166例剖宫产术后再次妊娠孕妇为研究对象,根据分娩方式的选择分为研究组(n=83,阴道分娩)和对照组(n=83,剖宫产助产),比较两组围产期相关信息及分娩结局。结果研究组围产期指标及分娩结局均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论影响产妇剖宫产术后再次妊娠分娩方式选择的因素较多,包括产前BMI水平、宫口扩张程度以及对不同分娩方式的认知程度等,针对相关因素给予指导,为产妇提供相应的帮助和支持,可以改善分娩结局,确保母婴健康。

Objective To study influencing factors of delivery mode selection of pregnant women with second pregnancy after cesarean section.Methods The paper chose 166 cases pregnant women with second pregnancy after cesarean section in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 as research objects,and divided them into study group(n=83,with vaginal delivery)and control group(n=83,with cesarean section midwifery)according to choice of delivery mode.Perinatal related information and delivery outcome between two groups was compared.Results Perinatal index and delivery outcome of study group was better than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion There are many factors influencing choice of delivery mode of pregnant women with second pregnancy after cesarean section,including level of prenatal BMI,degree of dilatation of uterine orifice and cognitive degree of different delivery modes.Guidance based on relevant factors and corresponding help and support can improve delivery outcome of pregnant women and ensure health of mother and baby.
